Guide to Using Partner Prices on the Pharmalp
e-shop
For healthcare professionals

Who can benefit from partner prices?

Partner prices are exclusively reserved for:

• recognised therapists and healthcare professionals,

• who are actively practising,

• with deliveries in Switzerland only.

A discount is applied to the public (retail) price excluding taxes,

excluding special offers, duo packs, bundles, sets, etc.

These prices allow you to:

• resell our products to your patients,

• simplify your prescriptions by ordering directly on our e-shop.

How to request access to your partner prices?

To obtain access, simply submit a request:

• via the “Professionals” → “Partner offer ( join now)” tab on our website,

• or directly via this link:

Processing your request

Your request is processed within a maximum of 4 working days and, in the vast majority of cases, we reply within 48 hours
(excluding any e-shop closure periods indicated in our general terms and conditions of sale).

You will then receive:

• either a confirmation email with an activation link for your account;

• or a refusal email, if we are unable to verify your professional activity.

In case of refusal, you can of course write to us at:

We will be happy to review your request again (with a few additional details from you).

💡 Important:
While waiting for the email, you can already access the preferential prices and place an order.
However, your order will only be validated once your account has been activated.

Remember to check your spam folder – these emails sometimes like to hide there…

Your account area on the e-shop

Once your partner account has been created and activated, you can access your account area either:

• by clicking on the “person” icon at the top right of the navigation bar, or

• by going to the “Professionals” tab and selecting the “Partner offer ( join now)” sub-tab.

In your account area, you can:

• consult your personal information and your order history;

• in the “ Addresses” tab: edit your delivery and billing addresses;

• in the “Account details” tab: change your password.

Display of partner prices

Once logged in with your partner account:

• the prices displayed are directly your discounted prices, VAT included;

• there are no strikethrough prices and no specific highlighting of the discount.

Example:
The product FEMINA MOOD will appear directly at CHF 18.60
(and not at the public price of CHF 25.90).

As long as you remain logged in with your partner account,
your discounted prices will always be displayed, whatever your navigation on the site.

Forgotten password

If you forget your password:

1. Click on “Forgot password” on the login page.

2. You will receive a password reset email.

3. Once again, remember to check your spam folder.

Do not confuse: “Content Access” vs “Partner offer”

Under the “Professionals” tab, you will find three different services:

a) “Content Access”

Also reserved for healthcare professionals, it provides access to:

• specific information on certain products,

• downloadable documents to facilitate your prescriptions,

• information on webinars organised by Pharmalp for healthcare professionals.

👉 Important: this area is not linked to the e-shop and does not allow you to purchase products.

b) “Partner offer ( join now)”

This tab allows therapists to:

• request access to discounted prices;

• purchase our products directly on the Pharmalp e-shop with their preferential conditions.

c) “Partner prices (Log in)”

Once your partner account has been created and validated, this link allows you to log in to your personal space to access:

• your discounted prices,

• your orders,

• and all your personal information.

👉 You can also log in by clicking on the “person” icon at the top right of the site.
