Usage tips

A 3-month program for 2 people, to strengthen your defenses and prepare your body for winter.

Adults and children over 6 years: 1 capsule/day, 10 consecutive days per month, for 3 months
(6 months for those over 50).

Duo Pack = the ideal format for a couple or a family.

If needed: 3 capsules/day for 3 days, then 1 capsule/day for the following 7 days.

Children: Capsule can be opened, contents mixed into a drink, applesauce, or purée. Perfect before starting kindergarten or school.

Pregnant women: Also suitable during pregnancy.

Children under 6 years: Consult your healthcare professional.

Lactic ferments: Lactobacillus helveticus, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium bifidum; zinc oxide; fructo-oligosaccharides; potato starch; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Gluten-free, may contain traces of soy and lactose.
